Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 07 August 2025

By accessing or using this website (https://bali.llc), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the site.

1. Operator Information
Bali LLC is operated by two legally registered entities:

- PT Bali Mundi International, based in Bali, Indonesia.
- Bali Mundi International LLC, registered in Delaware, United States.

Throughout this document, the terms “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to Bali LLC, described as a “Travel Agency,” “Tour Planner,” or “Tour Operator,” depending on the context.

PT Bali Mundi International is responsible for customer service and on-the-ground operations in Bali, including the arrangement of tours, experiences, transportation services, and related activities. It also manages international transactions through PayPal.

Bali Mundi International LLC serves as our legal online representative, managing the website, handling bookings, and processing online payments via PayPal, Wise, and Stripe.

As of the effective date of these Terms & Conditions, when choosing to pay via PayPal on this website, your transaction will be processed by PayPal, under the administration of PT Bali Mundi International. This setup is temporary and subject to change. We will update this section accordingly once payments are routed through PayPal US via Bali Mundi International LLC.

While payments through PayPal are processed by PT Bali Mundi International for certain international transactions, disputes related to those transactions fall under Indonesian jurisdiction. However, since PayPal is an international company, any disputes may also be reviewed and resolved by PayPal in accordance with its internal policies, and PayPal reserves the right to manage disputes under either Indonesian or U.S. jurisdiction, depending on the nature and context of the case.

To avoid confusion: customers are essentially dealing with our U.S.-based online tour agency/operator/planner, and our U.S. company forwards all bookings to our Indonesian entity for fulfillment. For example, when you book an airport pick-up, all staff, vehicles, and partners involved in delivering that service are operated and managed by PT Bali Mundi International in Bali.

All incoming bookings are handled by Bali Mundi International LLC and fulfilled exclusively by PT Bali Mundi International. Therefore, Bali Mundi International LLC acts as the primary point of contact and operates under the jurisdiction of U.S. governing law, please refer to Section 15.

2. Services Offered

While we strive to work only with trusted providers, any mistakes, service failures, or issues caused by our partners are their sole responsibility. 6. Payments
We accept payments through:

- PayPal.

Available payment methods (Debit and Credit Cards, Venmo, Google Pay, Apple Pay, etc.) may vary based on your location.

Domestic bank transfers are accepted only in: USD, AUD, GBP, NZD, EUR, and IDR. Transfers must be made domestically within countries that support these currencies.

Full payment is required to confirm your booking. We reserve the right to cancel any unpaid or incomplete bookings.

Due to restrictions from our payment providers — including PayPal, Wise, and Stripe — we do not accept or process transactions with customers from countries categorized as high risk. This list is based on combined data from these platforms and the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).

Countries currently restricted include, but are not limited to: Afghanistan, North Korea, Syria, Belarus, Iraq, Iran, Myanmar, Pakistan, Cuba, Libya, Russia, and others. This list may change at any time.

We check directly and regularly with our payment partners (PayPal, Wise and Stripe) and the U.S. Department of the Treasury to stay up to date. If your country is affected, we will notify you and may be unable to process your booking due to these restrictions.

7. Personal Data & Privacy
We collect only the necessary personal data — such as your name, email, WhatsApp number, and booking details — for the purpose of processing and confirming your booking. For more information, please read our Privacy Policy.

8. Liability Disclaimer

- You are responsible for your own health, safety, and personal belongings during any activity.
- We do not provide insurance. Some of our partners may offer insurance or accident coverage. If an incident occurs, you must deal with the provider directly. We may assist with communication, scheduling meetings, or helping facilitate contact — but we are not liable for the outcome.
- You may interact with or consume natural resources, including local foods based on our recommendations, natural drinking water, and local fruits. These may not be compatible with your individual dietary needs or body habits, and we are not responsible for any adverse effects or reactions that may result.

11. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. These include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, extreme weather, pandemics, public health emergencies, government actions, strikes, or other unexpected events.

12. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party providers for payment processing, booking management, and customer communication. We are not responsible for errors or failures caused by these third-party services.

13. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, photos, videos, logos, and branding — is the property of Bali LLC or its licensors.

You may copy, reuse, or distribute content only if you include clear attribution to our website: https://bali.llc.

14. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time without notice. Updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of the website after changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law & Sanctions Restrictions
Bali LLC operates through two legal entities: Bali Mundi International LLC (Delaware, USA) and PT Bali Mundi International (Bali, Indonesia).

- All online bookings, website use, and payment transactions are governed by the laws of the United States, under the jurisdiction of the State of Delaware, as these actions are processed through Bali Mundi International LLC.
- All on-the-ground services, including tour operations, transportation, and customer service delivery in Bali, are managed by PT Bali Mundi International and are subject to Indonesian laws and regulations.

By using this website and making a booking, you agree that any legal issues related to bookings, payments, or the website will fall under U.S. jurisdiction, while issues relating to the fulfillment and delivery of services in Bali will fall under Indonesian jurisdiction.

We aim to resolve any legal disputes professionally, fairly, and in accordance with the applicable laws of the responsible entity.

We do not accept customers from countries or regions subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions or trade restrictions, including but not limited to Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and regions of Ukraine such as Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk.

Customers from Russia are eligible only if they are not listed on any U.S. sanctions list (such as the OFAC Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) List) and ensure that financial transactions do not involve any sanctioned banks, individuals, or entities.

By using this site, you confirm that you are not located in, a resident of, or initiating payments from any such restricted country, region, or sanctioned party.

The list of sanctioned countries, individuals, banks, and entities is regularly updated and subject to change without notice. You can check the latest official updates directly from the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC): https://ofac.treasury.gov/recent-actions.

16. Communication & Language Disclaimer
These Terms & Conditions are written in English, and the English version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency or misinterpretation caused by translation.

While we strive to communicate clearly and effectively, misunderstandings may occur during online correspondence, in-person interactions, or while using our services — whether involving our customer service team, drivers, guides, or partner providers. These may arise from language barriers, cultural differences, or unintentional miscommunication.

We encourage you to seek clarification at any time before or during your tour. Most issues can be resolved directly and amicably. However, in the event that a misunderstanding or miscommunication results in dissatisfaction with our service, please note: Any dissatisfaction caused by language barriers or miscommunication is not automatically eligible for a refund. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer no refund, a partial refund, or a full refund, at our sole discretion. All such decisions will be made in a reasonable and fair manner, based on the specific details of the case.

If no informal resolution is possible, disputes may be addressed through the appropriate legal channels, as outlined in Section 15: Governing Law & Sanctions Restrictions.
